it's 2:45am, and i'm lying in bed after the TRIP OF A LIFE TIME!!!! and the tears are coming down....i am just so thankful. thankful for the BEST FRIENDS and for the most incredible college experience!!! and to cap it all off, we had the BESTTTT time in costa rica. Mrs. Tori, Mrs. Gina, Anna, Klaw, Kelley, Hannah, Janie, KK, Macon, Rachel, and Libby!
I'm nervous for tomorrow...the beginning of camp and leading a group of 150 girls and 40 counselors...but, lord, can i press on knowing that you do not change. you are THE SAME yesterday, today, and tomorrow. hebrews 13:8
thank you for every single second of college. lord, for those late nights staying up and talking with my best friends, for the nights i would just stay up thinking about You and all that You're teaching me...for the ups and downs....for the hard conversations...for the LAUGHS...for the nights of prayer...for family dinners on our porch...
lord, thank you for my parents and that they could provide such an incredible college experience for me.
and for the girls that went before me and the younger girls that came after me. for all the times at caribou and starbucks.
for the loud alarms. for shamrock. for kristin and randy's food.
lord, may i believe that you have OVERCOME the world and you will continue to hold my hand as i push into this next phase of life. joshua 1:9.."Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."
help me to sleep tonight. god, i pray for each of my friends and all the anxiety that they have.
